Complete with marble tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. Condo includes a WATER FRONT BALCONY off of the living space & bedroom. Enjoy your stay on Lake Conroe right on the water and less than .5 miles from a public boat ramp. Second floor entry by stairs or elevator.

The space

Waterfront spacious private condo with one bedroom, living room, dining space, full kitchen with bar, full bathroom (including a jetted soaker tub!) and laundry room if needed. Water views from living room, kitchen, and bedroom with patio off of bedroom and living room! Second floor unit however, there is elevator access!

Guest access

Self check-in with lock box! Once you have booked, please read the House Manual for all detailed instructions. Check-in details will also be sent to your Air BnB inbox at noon on the day of check-in.

Other things to note

The Wave is a lake side restaurant within walking distance of the condominium, sharing the same parking lot as the condos. Kayak, paddle boat, canoe rentals and pontoon boat rides available, owned and operated by family of your host! Message the host for any inquiries.

Listing #2: The Lakeside Getaway

About this space

PRIVATE, newly renovated, one room studio on Lake Conroe in the Seven Coves community. One bedroom/one bathroom including a shower/tub with marble tile, granite counter tops, and kitchenette. Closet provided with hangers and extra linens. High ceilings, ceiling fan, 43” flat panel Roku TV. Second floor entry by stairs or elevator. Comfortable Queen bed as well as a blow up mattress upon request if needed.

The space

Private studio condo complete with all necessary amenities! - Kitchenette complete with a microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, sink, dishes, and utensils - Full bathroom with amazing water pressure - Dining table/work space - Additional linens/pillows, etc.

Self check-in entry by lock box. Detailed instructions listed in "House Manual" once you have booked which will be sent to your Air BnB inbox at noon on the day of check-in.

PRIVATE, one room studio on Lake Conroe in the Seven Coves community. One bedroom/one bathroom including a shower/tub with marble tile, granite counter tops, and kitchenette. Closet provided with hangers and extra linens. High ceilings, ceiling fan, 40” flat panel Roku TV. No stairs, first floor entry. Comfortable king bed as well as a provided blow up mattress if needed.

Private studio condo complete with all necessary amenities! - Kitchenette complete with a hot plate, microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, sink, dishes, and utensils - Full bathroom with amazing water pressure - Dining table/work space - Additional linens/pillows, etc.

Message the host for inquiries. *This property is located directly on Lake Conroe but this specific studio does NOT have a direct view of the lake. **We do have WiFi available for our guests but, please keep in mind it is low Mbps in this unit. ***Adjoining door that is not accessible from either side.

Our community has many amenities available for our guests! Some of which include tennis courts, basketball courts, neighborhood swimming pool (during season), The Wave restaurant (with a pool as well that you can utilize as long as you are a customer of theirs), playground, fishing docks, 0.5 miles to a public boat ramp, and MORE!
